Goes like this:
1. Tuck jumps
2. Box jumps (to higher surface)
3. Close leg squats
4. Lunges on a stair
5. Plie squats
6. One leg bend over. Do both legs
7. Travelling lunges
I did 20 reps of every exercise in a circuit, 3 times. I took me about 40minutes to complete! Burned good!
