Some meals from this week!

Chicken strips with BBQ sauce, on bed on lettuce and baguette.  
Left over chicken strips, with sweet potato!  
 Pork chops - Marinated in fresh thyme, red wine vinegar, coriander,
With tine potato, and steamed kale. 


















Paleo breakfast. Sweet potato hashbrown and egg with pasta sauce. Absolutely love this dish!

Recipe ideas.!

 Eggs, grilled mushrooms and pickled peppers. 






Salmon, steamed with lemon and herbs, fennel salad and flavoured rice. 




 Omelet with fat free ham, pickled peppers and cherry tomatoes 




 Salad with turkey strips and sweet potato




Eggs with grilled cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, fat free ham, fresh garlic, chives and a serving of fat free cheese.  This may look too much, but this meal comes in at less than 400calories

My BCAA and L-Glutamine is not shown here, I use that throughout the year for muscle recovery.

Back from SA holiday

Hello my friends !


I returned form our yearly5-6week holiday in SA.  I was very tired. Also, we had quite a busy holiday, so wanted to sleep for days. .... did not happen! SO much to do!!! 


I will be starting to get back into motion this week.  Diet is already cleaned up.  I have about 3kgs to loose.... holiday weight okay!!! Everybody's got it... lol. ..... 


Will start with some cardio and flexible gym programs today, while I take this week to put my new workouts together!  I am extremely excited, because I have certain target areas I cant wait to get at. 
I want to focus on more abs, rear delts and then ALWAYS glutes.Will be giving special attention to these!
