People who claim that they do not have time to prepare healthy meals... huh uhhhh! No excuses. I made this in 15minutes. Be honest and say that you do not WANT to spend time preparing healthy meals.Chop 4 chicken breasts and put in a non-stick pan.
Add 2 teaspoons basil pesto and about 30g pine nuts
Add spices to taste
Put the lid on and let it simmer for 10 minutes!
