Calamari!

  
I have some easy ideas for you to prepare your calamari. For both these recipes I steamed the calamari.  Above:
Calamari with zucchini and fat free cottage cheese. 
Below:
A calamari salad with greens, Mexican salsa, fresh chopped chillies.
