45sec active / 15sec rest

1.  Jacks

2.  Alien jumps

3.  Tricep dips

4.  Jump squats

5.  Plank

6.  Knee ups

7.  Walking lunges

8.  Jump lunges

9.  Side squat ( one leg)

10.  Jumps , low and very high

11.  Side squat  (other leg)

12.  Jacks
