Endive and chicken salad

Use the following:

120g of grilled chicken
3 chopped fresh endives
Tablespoon of macadamia oil
Season with salt and pepper

Optional:
Peas
Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Cucumbers

Less than 200calories for the whole salad!
